A man calls up a Trading Standards office in London to complain about a prostitute whe refused to make love with him in Harrow. The call was made to Harrow Council via email alleging an east European sex worker of refusing service to the unnamed man.
The man from north London had apparently travelled to the neighbouring borough for the service. He was so upset about his trip being wasted that he filled the complaint form and even left his contact details.
The aggrieved man was upset at being refused sex by a prostitute from the brothel. He was undoubtedly angry at the prostitutes behaviour, according to the council. Apparently the particular brothel has shut down after the incident.
Conservative councillor Susan Hall said that although prostitution is one of the oldest profession across the world, but such a complaint is unique. The council is clueless on how to deal with the issue as the trading standards manual has no mention of such a case.
