Singer Lorde has been named as the hottest star under 21 years in the world by Billboard magazine. The 17-year-old singer topped the Billboard list in the annual ranking of 'music's most powerful minors'.

Australian pop band 5 Seconds of Summer was placed at the second position, while singer Justin Bieber appeared in the third place.

Dutch DJ Martin Garrix grabbed the fourth spot, while the fifth place in the list was reserved for American girl group Fifth Harmony.

Among the ones to make it in the list were the British boy band The Vamp, who were listed at number 20.
