Raw mangoes: 1/2 kg (chopped)
Fenugreek seeds:1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds:1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds:1/4 tsp
Carom seeds:1/4 tsp
Dried red chill: 2
Rock salt:1 tbsp
Cumin powder:2 tbsp
Bay leaf: 1
mustard oil:3 tsp
How to make Tangy Mango Chutney
- Take a pan, add mustard oil, bay leaves, carom, mustard,fenugreek and fennel seeds.
- Add whole red chillies, and stir.
-Add mangoes, salt and cook covered till turn soft.
- Add cumin powder.
-Add jaggery, stir for 2-3 minutes.
- The mixture will become dark and squishy and start leaving the sides of the wok.
