Lets make special Mango dessert! Mango Custard is a simple, easy to make and delicious dessert. It is made up with ripe mangoes and custard powder. This mango dessert is light, creamy and perfect for any meal.
Ripe Mangoes: 3 to 4
Vanilla Flavored Custard Powder: 1 tablespoon
Milk: 500 ml
Fresh Cream: 500 ml
Sugar: 1/4 cup
Peel the mangoes and finely chop into small pieces.
Reserve a few pieces for garnishing and grind the remaining to a thick pulp.
Now, mix the custard powder with 100 ml (1/2 cup) of milk.
Stir until fully mixed without any lumps.Then, boil the remaining milk over medium flame.
Now, add the custard mixture into the boiling milk and stir gently.
Ensure no lumps form and keep stirring constantly.
Then add sugar and switch off the flame.
Add the mango puree, cream and mix well.
Now, stir gently for a minute and keep it in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
It is ready! Garnish with the reserved mangoes and serve chilled.
