Filmmakers take pains to get a solo release for their films to get maximum business out of a movie. But it seems Akshay Kumar will be clashing with Akshay Kumar at the box office.

Two films of Akshay Kumar - 'Gabbar' and 'Baby' - have the same release date. Apparently both the films are releasing on January 23, 2015 and producers are in a fix.

The makers of 'Gabbar' had announced January 23 as the release date of the film. Now it has been revealed that even the makers of 'Baby' are aiming for its release on January 23.

Akshay Kumar is playing the lead role in both the films. So it will be difficult for Khiladi Kumar to promote the two films at the same time. It would make sense for Akshay to shift the move the release date of one of his films, otherwise they will eat into the business of each other.

Producers of 'Gabbar' and 'Baby' are reportedly trying to resolve the problem. Hopefully the two films get solo release. That way Akshay's fans can watch both the films and won't have to choose between 'Gabbar' and 'Baby'.

Krish has directed 'Gabbar', which is being produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali along with Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. The film features Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor.

Neeraj Pandey is directing film 'Baby' that features Akshay Kumar and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles.
