Karan Johar wants to experiment in films that are are not his usual genre. After giving several hit family entertainers Karan Johar's Dharma Productions will soon produce a sex comedy.

Sonam Nair will direct the unnamed project. Incidentally Nair had made her directorial debut with 'Gippi' under Dharma Productions.

The budding director says she gave the script to Karan Johar, who told her to go ahead with it. Sonam is quite excited about the upcoming project under Dharma Productions.

The project will not be similar to adult comedy films like 'Grand Masti' or 'Delhi Belly', added Nair.

Reports about the sex comedy was confirmed by KJo. He reportedly said that Dharma is yet to make an official announcement. Karan said that they were getting into a different genre of films, which they had not ventured into earlier.

Karan Johar's upcoming films include 'Ungli', 'Brothers', Ayan Mukerji's untitled next, 'Shuddhi' and 'Ram Lakhan'.
