That King Khan is a softie is a stale fact!

The emotional actor couldn't hold back his tears after he saw the raw footage of the new documentary being made on his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders.

Titled 'Living With KKR', the documentary traces the team's graph of the team, from being a failure at the start to bouncing back into form and becoming champions of the cash-rich T20 league beating Chennai Super Kings.

“It looks very nice. I got emotional and it made me cry. I want to thank my team Kolkata Knight Riders and everyone associated with it. It is not a PR or marketing tool. We had a great learning experience. I am glad we made interesting journey for people. Youngsters to look at us,” said a very emotional Shah Rukh Khan.

Shah Rukh says the the biggest learning lesson in the past years of KKR was to stick to your goals, believe in your dreams and work hard.

“I think winning does matter. It does make a difference and it makes you feel stronger. If you win then a documentary will be made on you. So I would say one must go and win,” he said remembering how his team has grown over the years.

Living With KKR will feature a voiceover  by Shah Rukh Khan, trailing KKR's journey, his love for Kolkata, his equation with Sourav Ganguly and other players and how the team emerged a winner after a shaky start.

The documentary will be aired on Discover Channel from 24-27 February, 2014.
