Alia Bhatt may be more popular for her style statements, but when it comes to Twitter, Parineeti Chopra is definitely more popular at present. The Hasee Toh Phasee actress has more followers than Alia Bhatt or Shraddha Kapoor, who are her contemporaries.

Pari being ahead of Alia is a bit surprising. The Highway starlet has been very active on the social networking site right from the beginning. Pari and Shraddha Kapoor joined in later.

Apparently, Parineeti has been super active on Twitter of late. That explains why her Twitter followers have exceeded that of Alia.

At present Parineeti leads with 2.25 million followers on Twitter. While Alia has 1.65 million followers and Shraddha Kapoor is way behind with just 353K followers.

However, the Ek Villain actor shouldn't worry much about being left behind. After all her latest film "Ek Villain" is the talk of the town at present. For all we know, her Twitter followers may soon increase.
