With the release date of 'Shaadi Ke Side Effects' inching closer, one would have expected Vidya Balan to be running around doing the promotions for the film.

Instead, the actress has been caught doing rounds of a multi-speciality hospital in Mumbai these days, raising the suspicion that she might be pregnant.

Balan, who got hitched to UTV head honcho Siddharth Roy Kapur on 14 December, 2012, is happily married and might be well on her way to expanding their little family now.

Last month, during her stint at Koffee With Karan, Vidya spoke candidly about her life and marriage, fondly talking about her husband and little disagreements that they have. However, she never dropped any hint about going the family way.

Balan has been spotted visiting the hospital quite a many times in the past one month along with family members. What more, the staff members of that facility are hush-hush about her visits, which only goes to firm our doubts.

Seems, Vidya is truly experiencing the 'Shaadi Ke Side Effects'!
