A passenger travelling on a Mumbai - Delhi Air India Flight AIC866 was arrested on June 24th for spitting and urinating in his seat,17F.

On June 24th, a man seated in 17F seat defecated and urinated on row 9DEF of the aircraft. The accused passenger is Cook employed in Africa. The FIR has been filed on him stating his misconduct. He was also seen subsequently issued a verbal warning from the cabin supervisor in the air. Even the flight captain was aware of the incident and a complaint has been raised immediately to the ground.

According to the complaint, airport security was requested to escort the passenger on arrival and the crew has also informed the same to the company. Delhi police registered a case under sections 294/510 at IGI police station. Air India security attended passenger after the flight landed and was immediately handed over to IGI police station. Further investigation is underway. The accused passenger was produced before the court and was granted bail. Such type of disturbing incidents are raising concern these days and the misconduct of fellow passengers is turning out to be a bigger trouble for the co-passengers.
