India has maintained its number two spot in ICC Test rankings revealed on Monday. South Africa is at number one position. South Africa has 131 points, while India scored 117 points and Australia was ranked third with 111 points.

England, with a score of 107, has been ranked at the fourth position. Pakistan maintained its fifth place after a five-wicket win over Sri Lanka in the final Test match played in Sharjah on Monday.

Pakistan continued with its fifth place despite dropping two ratings points finishing on 100.  Sri Lanka scored 90 but remained at the sixth position inspite of gaining two ratings points.

Before the series with Pakistan, Sri Lanka with 88 points was ranked sixth, and Pakistan with a score of 102 points had been at the fifth position after the Ashes series.
