Dating a man has a reason for most women. Except some, most women date with the hope that it would lead to a long-term relationship. While it's not possibe to tell at the onset whether the person you are dating is good for you, but at least you go with the intension of a long term relationship. However, there are a few types of men with whom a relationship cannot continue for long. Here are a few men whom you should avoid dating to prevent heartaches in the near future.

Men who cant get over the 'Ex'

Such men will keep comparing you to his ex-girlfriend. Whatever you do, you cannot come close to his ex. Hints about such men is easily available. He will bring up the 'Ex' at least once or twice while talking to you during the dates. Maybe he's still not over her or he doesn't realize. You can calmly discuss about the issue with him. If he still doesn't let go then it's better to let go of this guy.

Men on the rebound

If the guy you are dating happen to have just come off a relationship, he's not by himself. Most probably he's trying to get reassurance about his importance. A relationship with such a man may not last long as he may soon realize that you are not what he had been looking for.

Love at first sight

The first time you meet or see someone you just like a person, it might be very strongly. Love at first sight is an idealic situation that happens in books or films. In your case it may be lust or attraction. Real love takes time. You cannot fall in love with a person until you know him/her. So if someone tells you 'I love you' a little too soon then don't jump into the relationship. Wait till you feel the love for him.

Daddy pays the bill

If your man is already 25 and still dependent on his parents for his finance then he's no good. Ask him to get a job. And if he fails to get one for himself, he would be dependent on his dad or you. Later when you refuse or can't pay the bill he will not appreciate you. Dump him as soon as possible.
