The benefits of detoxification, or detox is well known by most of us. It is the natural process of removing toxic substances from your body by following a disciplined food habit. Most of us would like to do a detox, but are unable to as the procedure mentioned by most experts seem difficult.

Here is a home detox for your body that can be carried out easily. You don't need to spend a bomb to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Yoga experts have followed body detox at home by eating healthy and right.

To begin with consume seasonal vegetables and fruits available locally to improve your health.

Follow the law of nature and eat certain vegetables at certain times of the day and also in the specific seasons.

Eating organic foods comprises a healthy diet, as veggies and fruits grown organically are free from chemicals and pesticides.

Drink milk it's health for your body. Make sure you consume fresh milk bought from the local milkman. It's advisable to drink hot milk and not cold.

Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from your body.

Consume only one type of food at every meal, at least for ten days. For example, eat fruits for breakfast, khichdi for lunch and steamed vegetables for dinner on all the ten days. During this period stay away from tea or coffee. By the tenth day, you will definitely notice a difference in yourself.
