Potatoes are rich source of complex carbohydrates, fibre, calories without fat, cholesterol or sodium. Let us see how the best biryani with baby potatoes can be prepared.

Ingredients:

15 baby potatoes (peeling is optional)

1 Onion

4 Green Chilies

Garam masala

20 gr ginger garlic paste

Turmeric powder-1tsp

Salt- 2 tsp

Butter or Ghee

2 Cinnamon, green cardamoms

½ kg basmati rice (soaked for 20 mins)

Procedure:

Pour some ghee in pan and heat it. After getting good temperature add cinnamon stick, 2 cardamoms, cloves, turmeric powder, and chopped onion in the ghee.

Add green chillies, salt one tsp, the baby potatoes and ginger garlic paste to the mixture. Separately put one more vessels on heater for cooking rice, dump the rice in boiling water, make the rice be cooked 80%. Stir well and after getting ready to takeout, add garam masala, red chilly powder and yogurt and dump the 80 percent prepared rice in the potatos mix.

Keep the mixture on low medium flame for 10minutes, add the coriander leaves and some garnishing leaves.

You can eat the food with any gravy curry like brinjal, choley masala, Ground nut masal soup.
