Ahead of all the indulgence that follows, brace some health food like soy milk and help detoxify your body. Not only soy milk is extremely healthy, but lip smacking too. We tell you how to make soy milk at home. It's so simple that you will drop the glass (or whatever you are holding) in disbelief.

Homemade Soy Milk Ingredients

  • 400g pack of dried soy beans
  • 2 tsp salt

Homemade Soy Milk Recipe

  • Soak the beans overnight in cold water. Drain next day and rinse well.
  • Take the beans in a large saucepan filled with water. Boil the beans, and simmer for 1.5 – 2 hours, or until soft. Drain and rinse well.
  • Remove the top skin of the bean with your fingers. Discard the skins.
  • Rub and rinse the soy beans.
  • Now scoop 220g cooked beans into a blender with 1/2 tsp salt and 600ml water. Blend until smooth. Eat immediately.
